By accessing the Site or using any of the pages within the Site, you are deemed to have expressly accepted the general terms and conditions of use set out below. COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND HUMAN RIGHTS
You accept that, by transmitting personal data via this Site to EURIWARE, particularly when registering for a vacancy or sending in an unsolicited job application, we have the right to automatically process that data and store it for such time as is necessary to process it. In conformance with the law of France number 78-17, modified on 6 January 1978 in relation to IT files and human rights, you have the right of access to all information concerning your personal data, and to request any necessary modifications to that data. In order to exercise your rights of access and correction, as well as to access any information which concerns you and directly names you ("nominative data") in EURIWARE"s computer files, in order to correct or remove them, you may contact the Publishing director at the address given above. The automated processing of nominative data within the framework of the Site is covered by a declaration to the CNIL, as detailed above.
In the case where you require us to correct or remove any nominative data concerning you, as outlined above, we will carry out the modifications you have requested within a reasonable timescale: however, you recognise and accept that the incorrect information, in its original form, may already be in circulation on the network, and may continue to be reproduced in its incorrect form, and that EURIWARE cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
USAGE RESTRICTIONS
The Site, as well as the text and other elements within it (most notably graphic and photographic elements), are the property of EURIWARE or are reproduced or used by EURIWARE with the express permission of the copyright holders. Be aware that the all the elements that you see, hear or read on the Site, as well as the Site itself, are protected under French, EU and international intellectual property law. You should also make yourself aware of all the copyright, trade mark and design rights (logos) appearing on the Site (text, images and sound) that are the property of EURIWARE or of third parties who have authorised their use by EURIWARE. You do not have any rights or licence to make any use of any of these elements, in any form whatsoever, without the prior formal approval of EURIWARE or of the persons or bodies to which the relevant copyright or trademark belongs. Moreover, EURIWARE reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or interrupt access to all or part of the Site including the content, functionality and hours of availability for any reason and at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.

EURIWARE operates the Site from its offices at Guyancourt, France. Should you choose to access the Site from a country other than france, you recognise and accept that in doing so you are governed by French law. As a result, any disagreement relating to the Site or any of the elements that comprise the Site is governed by the law of France and express jurisdiction is attributed to the City of Paris (France).
